At a sentencing hearing this morning for Daniel Sullivan, the 48-year-old Pickering contractor who pleaded guilty to assault for shoving Oasis singer Noel Gallagher at a Toronto Island concert, the Crown read out Mr. Gallagher's victim impact statement.
